For scout groups, clubs, camps and parents’ associations
Authorisations signed from the phone. No paper.
Families fill in the child’s details, accept each authorisation separately and sign in five minutes, with nothing to install. You get one PDF per child with every signature and its evidence.
Open beta: free for the first organisations.

Forms that never come back
Backpacks, folders and WhatsApp messages to collect the same forms every year.
Unreadable photos
Authorisations photographed any old way, with no record of who signed or when.
The missing signature
On the day of the trip you find out the other parent never signed.
How it works
- 1
Set up the campaign
Pick a template (annual season, camp, day trip), review the texts and add the children or share a link.
- 2
Families sign from their phone
They get a link, confirm who they are with a code, fill in the form and accept or decline each authorisation.
- 3
Download the PDF with evidence
One PDF per child with the details, the decisions, the signatures, and who signed, when and how. Export everything whenever you want.
Everything a real authorisation needs
Child’s record
Details, health, emergency contacts and people allowed to collect the child. Next year, families just review it.
One authorisation at a time
Each document is accepted or declined separately: activities, overnight stays, transport, photos, medication…
Signatures from both parents
When needed, the other parent gets their own link and signs the same record. If they disagree with something, it counts as not authorised.
Code by email or SMS
Everyone confirms who they are with a one-time code when they open the link and again when they sign. By email from day one; by SMS from November 2026.
A link for the WhatsApp group
One link (and a QR code) so each family can register their child. You approve new entries.
Automatic reminders
Nudges to whoever is missing before the deadline, without chasing anyone.
Dashboard by section
Who has signed, who is missing the second signature and what was declined, section by section.
PDF with evidence and QR code
Every PDF carries a QR code to check it has not been altered.
Fee collection
Coming soon: collect the season or camp fee by card, Bizum or direct debit in the same step.
Minors’ data, handled with care
What every responsible organisation asks before going digital.
Signatures with evidence
Code verification, a cryptographic fingerprint of what was signed and an evidence annex: who signed, when and how. From November 2026 the PDF is also sealed with a qualified timestamp.
Data in the European Union
Database in Frankfurt (Germany) and documents in EU-jurisdiction storage.
Data processing agreement (GDPR)
We act as data processor and sign a processing agreement with every organisation.

Download every PDF and all the evidence, then delete it from the platform with a deletion certificate.
Encrypted health data
Health data gets an extra layer of encryption and every access is logged.
Pricing built for associations

Frequently asked questions
What kind of electronic signature do you use, and is it legally valid?
An electronic signature verified with one-time codes, with evidence and sealing. What is signed is bound to a cryptographic fingerprint, and the final PDF is sealed with a qualified timestamp (sealing goes live in November 2026). The EU eIDAS Regulation forbids denying a signature legal effect just because it is electronic, and the evidence annex shows who signed, when and how.
How do you identify the person signing?
With a one-time code sent to the registered email address or mobile number, when they open the link and again at the moment of signing. They also give their name, ID number and relationship to the child. SMS codes are available from November 2026.
Do families need to install anything or create an account?
No. Everything works in the phone’s browser, with no apps and no passwords.
Can both parents or guardians sign?
Yes. The organisation decides in which cases it is needed. The other parent or guardian gets their own link and their own code, sees the same details and decisions, and signs or indicates their disagreement. If they disagree with an authorisation, that authorisation counts as not authorised.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union: the database is in Frankfurt (Germany) and documents are kept in EU-jurisdiction storage. Providers headquartered outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Do you act as data processor?
Yes. DR TECHNOLOGY, S.L. acts as data processor (Article 28 GDPR) and signs a processing agreement with each organisation, which remains the controller of the data.
What do you keep, and for how long?
Only what the organisation chooses to collect: the child’s details, authorisations, signatures and evidence. It is kept for the period the organisation sets for each campaign (24 months after closing by default), and we warn before deleting. Backups are kept for 7 days and the activity log for 12 months.
Can we download everything and delete it from the platform?
Yes. From the dashboard you can download every PDF, a spreadsheet summary and the evidence, and then delete it all permanently. We send you a deletion certificate.
What security measures do you apply?
Encryption in transit and at rest, extra encryption for health data, access with one-time codes, an audit log that cannot be altered, no tracking or advertising cookies, minimal staff access, backups and an incident-response protocol.
How much does it cost?
It is free for the first organisations during the beta. After that, the Association plan costs €129 a year + VAT and includes up to 1,000 signatures a year, unlimited campaigns and 300 SMS (from November 2026). There are no per-user fees.
Shall we talk?
We’ll show you Autorizo in 30 minutes using your own authorisations. Send us the paper forms you use now and we’ll build the demo with them.
